Description: The transaction works (you received confirmation from Paypal). The confirmation Email is sent your your client. Your client remains in the Paypal WebSite and is not taken to the Thank You page (either yours or the default Secure-eBook Thank You page).

This happens when Auto Return is not turned ON in your Paypal Account.

Please follow these steps:

• Access “Website Payment Preferences” from your PayPal Account's Profile.
• Set Auto Return to ON.
• If the Return URL is empty, set it to your company or product's home page. If there already is something there, don't change it.
• Save your changes.
