ClickBank Products Configuration

NB: In order to configure your Secure-eBook products to work with ClickBank, you will first need to configure your Secure-eBook account to work with ClickBank.

Once your Secure-eBook account is properly configured, a new tab named “ClickBank” will appear in your Secure-eBook product configurations with new available options.

ClickBank Integration Summary

(Detailed instructions will follow this section) From your products' Pitch Page (the page where you sell your product), have your “Buy Now” button link to your product's ClickBank Sale Link (from your Secure-eBook product's configuration page).

Your client will be taken to the Secure-eBook Web page where he will be asked to enter his name and email address (you can configure your pitch page to send the information to Secure-eBook, should you not wish Secure-eBook's page to be shown).

Once the information is received, your client will be taken to the ClickBank Web Site, where they will complete their transaction.

Once the transaction is complete, your client is taken to your product's ClickBank Delivery Page (your ClickBank product should have been configured to use the ClickBank Delivery Page link from your Secure-eBook product's configuration).

Once the transaction is validated by Secure-eBook, the activation key is shown to your client (as well as sent by eMail).

You can also specify your own thank you page, if you want to give your client a download URL.

ClickBank Product ID

(Found under the “ClickBank” tab in your Secure-eBook product configurations)

Type in your ClickBank product's ID here. You can find your product's ID in your ClickBank account.

Once you have logged in your ClickBank account, choose Account Settings from the top menu. Then, click the My Products link under the main top menu. This will display your product list. At the beginning of each row, you can see your product's ID. This is the number that goes in the “ClickBank Product ID” field of your Secure-eBook product's configuration.

ClickBank Sale Link

(Found under the “ClickBank” tab in your Secure-eBook product configurations)

This shows the link that you should direct to from your Pitch Page.

Normally, ClickBank wants you to put a “Buy now” button that links to a specific ClickBank URL that idenfies your product. In order for ClickBank and Secure-eBook to communicate, you will need to use the URL specified in the “ClickBank Sale Link” instead. Secure-eBook will take care of redirecting to ClickBank.

ClickBank Delivery Page

(Found under the “ClickBank” tab in your Secure-eBook product configurations)

This shows the link that you should use when configuring your ClickBank product in your ClickBank account.

:!: Once you have logged in your ClickBank account, choose Account Settings from the top menu. Then, click the My Products link under the main top menu. This will display your product list.

At the end of each row, there is an edit link. Clicking on this link allows you to edit your Delivery “Thank-you page” URL - the page where your client gets to download the product they paid for through ClickBank.

In order for Secure-eBook to validate the ClickBank transaction, the ClickBank Delivery Page link found in your Secure-eBook account should be put in your ClickBank's configuration. Secure-eBook will validate the transaction and send the Activation Key to your client.

You will still be able to specify your own Thank You page from within your Secure-eBook account, should you wish not to use the default Secure-eBook Thank You Page.

N.B. Your thank you page should display the following text:
