To be able to sell an eBook using Secure-eBook, you will need to create a Secure-eBook product in your Secure-eBook account.

This creates an online description of your eBook. This decides how much you're selling your eBook, what is its name, how can your clients contact you, what information should be sent to them when they purchase your eBook, etc.

Since it is online, it also means that you can change this information anytime you want!

So, if you are for example using the eBook Activation protection method to deliver your eBooks, and if you decide to change your price, you don't have to worry about the copies of your eBook that are already in circulation - when they decide to buy by clicking on the “Buy Now” button inside the eBook, they will only see the current price.

Choosing the protection method for the delivery of your eBook is also done while creating your product in your Secure-eBook account. You will have to choose to use eBook Activation, Secured Download or both methods.

This method protects the eBook itself from illegal copies. An eBook protected with this method can be copied on any computer and it will only display its sample content until the eBook is activated using a valid activation key.

This method protects the download links your clients will use to get your eBook after they purchase it. Secure-eBook automatically generates a temporary link after a client purchased one of your eBooks. This download link is valid only for a specific time period and a maximum number of downloads.
