====== The 2Checkout payment form does not show my product name properly ======

This is a feature of the 2Checkout system.

In order for the 2Checkout payment form to display your product name properly, a product entry must first be created in your 2Checkout account.

If the product is already in your 2Checkout account, 2Checkout will display the product name from the information it holds in your account.

You will have to modify the product information from your 2Checkout account.

===== Automatic Creation =====

Secure-eBook sends all required product information to 2Checkout when a purchase is made. 

2Checkout will create a product entry automatically the first time a product is sold successfully through 2Checkout.

This means that, in order for creation to be done automatically, you must purchase a copy of your eBook from 2Checkout before the 2Checkout order form can display the products properly.  

In order for this to work, the transaction must be done in live mode - not in test mode.

Once a successful transaction occurred, the next order form for the product will show the proper product name.

===== Manual Creation =====

You can create your product entries in your 2Checkout account manually.

If you chose to do so, make sure that:

  * **Your Product ID** is set to match exactly the product code from your Secure-eBook product.
  * **Tangible** should be set to ''No''.
