====== Packaging an eBook ======

**This step is required only if you selected //eBook Activation// protection method or both protection methods.**

Packaging an eBook is the action of taking your Adobe Reader PDF files and turning them into a secured Windows executable file.

In order to package your eBook, you will need the following:
  * 1 PDF version of your complete eBook
  * 1 PDF version of your sample eBook
  * The latest version of the Secure-eBook Packager

Remember: your sample eBook is the version of your eBook that your clients will see before purchasing it. It is a powerful tool that can help you boost your sales.

===== The Secure-eBook Packager =====

You can download the Secure-eBook Packager from your Secure-eBook account by clicking on the "Download Packager" link.  If you have never downloaded the packager or if there is a newer version available, the link will be shown in red.

What you will download is a ZIP file that contains the Packager Setup.  You simply need to follow the setup directions in order to install or update the Secure-eBook Packager.

Once the Packager is installed, you can run it and follow the detailed instructions contained within.
