Dear Support,

I have generated a new product with a code and incorporated it into my secure ebook website.

However I get error messages when I try to download the trial version and the full version on the website.

Trial version download error message:
The specified product code is not a valid Secure-eBook product code. Please make sure you used a valid product code when generating your button.

Full version download error message:
The requested product does not match any product protected by Secure-eBook. Please inform this eBook's publisher.

I have checked the basic documentation and did not see any step that I am missing in the basic configuration. Would you let me know possible solutions?
