I just signed up your service on 01/10/2010. I’ve been trying to get some questions resolved. Please help me out.

1. According to my understanding, if I choose “eBook activation” method, people can purchase the eBook (they download from my website) by hitting “Buy this eBook now!” tab, and Secure-eBook will automatically take over the payment service and delivery of “Activation Key” to the paid customers. What I don’t understand if a customer wants to use “Secured Download”, what exact processes he’ll go through?

2. I’m currently applying for a merchant account at Chase Bank, a reseller of Authorize.net. One requirement from Chase is the “Shopping Cart” system I have to create/provide for their sake. He asked me a question I can answer: if I’m using Secure-eBook service which will manage the majority of products’ whole purchase/delivery process for me, how do they collect the “Shopping Cart” or sales information? I don’t know how to answer. Help!
