Hello,

Our challenge continues to be the satisfaction of the few percent who use MAC's and the customers who lack equipment/know how to download the book-a simple process, by the way. These keep turning up.

We try not to turn any customers away. For instance, we have a few printed copies in black and white with ring binders on hand and these are shipped to those who cannot otherwise get the book-the MAC users and the rest.

It has increased our cost and decreased our pre-tax margins and we are going to raise the price of the book to compensate for the increase, and continue with this policy rather than lose customers who cannot handle the technology instructions or do not have the right equipment.

I would be interested in hearing from other publishers about their experience on this topic.

Thanks.
